SHIPPING
Please note that the shipping address must match the billing address.
Order Shipping
The order(s) are shipped within 48 hours upon receiving of your payment. Depending on the destination we may use different shipping companies. Once the order is shipped, you will be provided with the tracking number.
Order Cancellation
If for some reason you change your mind and decide to cancel the order, please notify us by email ASAP. Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of the time the order was received. If the order is canceled in this period, you will receive a full refund. Otherwise, the shipping charges will be deducted from the refund.
Receiving the Order
Upon receiving the order please check the parcel(s) for damages and report to the driver immediately. Keep the original packaging in case you may decide to return/exchange the items within 30 days. (Please see our return policies below)
RETURN
We offer refund and/or exchange within the first 30 days of your purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.
Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges
- Before returning you need to contact us by email and let us know the reason for your return or exchange. You will receive a Return Authorization Code RAC that you must provide us with.
- Your item must be in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in the original packaging. If assembly was required, the item must be disassembled and packed in the way it was received. Pictures of all components are required before packing.
- Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.
- If the item was purchased in a discount price as a part of a bundle, the refund will be adjusted to the individual prices of the remaining items.
- If there was a free item shipped to you with a purchase of a bundle this item must be also returned if you return part of the bundle.
Exchanges
We only exchange goods if they are defective or damaged. In circumstances where you consider that a product is defective, please contact us within seven days of your purchase at the email address below with details of the product and the defect, and we will give you instructions on how to return the product.
Exempt Goods
The following are exempt from refunds:
- If the item requires assembly, unless it is on its original package unopened.
- Some health and personal care items that are been subjected to direct skin contact due to sanitary reasons.
- Gift cards
Late or Missing Refunds
- If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
Shipping
- Please do not send back an item before you receive RAC.
- Please do not send the product back to the manufacturer. It must be sent to the address provided with your RAC.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable! If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
- Please note that we can not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. A tracking information would be required to recover the item if lost in transportation.
